I came to this work through my own process of healing and because of my curiosity about people. I’ve been on a lifelong quest for effective ways to heal, grow, and make sense of suffering. I have dedicated my career to providing culturally informed care to LGBTQ+, BIPOC and low-income communities. I am also dedicated supporting men in transforming masculinity.

My approach is relational, active and collaborative. A trusting, committed relationship is the basis for therapeutic effectiveness, so I bring a lot of attention to the quality of our connection.

I specialize in integrative work, using evidence-based approaches like Somatic Focusing, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and Internal Family Systems. These mindful approaches bring body and mind together in the process of therapy. Bodies are sacred sources of intelligence, pleasure, and vitality. They also store our pain and trauma. Because of this they need to be privileged in the healing process. I use mindful, somatic (body) orientation to deepen the process of healing and create lasting change.

In terms of psychedelic therapy, I currently provide Ketamine Assisted Therapy remotely for depression, anxiety, and reprocessing trauma and stuck patterns. I plan to provide MDMA and Psilocybin Assisted therapy for the treatment of trauma once it is approved by the FDA. I’m currently training in Cannabis Assisted Therapy.

I approach my work with deep respect for people’s individuality and story. Everyone is unique and I tailor my approach to your needs. Because stories have the power to shape and limit what is possible, I work with you to make sure your stories serve who you want to become. 

You are more than a sum of your challenges. I believe there is an unbreakable core within you that can guide your healing. My job is to help you remove what is blocking your access to your inner wisdom and agency.
