I’m a licensed mental health counselor and registered drama therapist. I currently provide virtual LGBTQIA-affirming individual therapy for people navigating anxiety & perfectionism, relationship concerns/ questions, gender and/or sexuality, grief, change, or loss, issues of embodiment, and trauma recovery. I love supporting artists, activists, organizers, and other changemakers and creatives.

I've worked in the social work/ mental health field in various clinical settings since around 2009. I am a professionally trained expressive therapist, certified domestic violence and sexual assault counselor, 200-hour trained yoga instructor, and am currently training in the Somatic Experiencing® method.

I aim to approach the therapist role as less of an “expert” and more of a capable emotional doula, accompanying you in your process of growth. Past clients have described my style as authentic, warm, and occasionally irreverent.

• Sex-positive, kink-positive, polyam-positive, and pro-sex-worker values
