I work with individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment to difficult life circumstances, and anyone else who is taking the brave steps toward improving their mental health and quality of life.

I work primarily with adolescents and adults in their 20s and enjoy helping my clients navigate early adulthood and the specific issues that tend to feel overwhelming at this time in our lives.

I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community, and I bring a social justice lens to all of my clinical work. I use a collaborative approach to counseling, trusting that my clients are the experts of their own experience and providing validation, compassion, and useful skills and tools as needed.
