INSURANCE/PAYMENT ACCEPTED:

As an intern therapist, I provide no-cost services

PRACTICE STATUS:

I will be accepting new clients for September 2026.

I’m an intern therapist currently pursuing my Master’s degree in social work at Fairfield University. I love helping individuals build autonomy in their relationships with food and their bodies. I’m passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+, chronic illness, and disability communities and providing weight-inclusive care.

I’m a white, queer woman, and I center body liberation in my work and personal values. I’m dedicated to cultivating an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed approach and advocating for justice in eating disorder treatment. I believe in each person’s innate wisdom and hold a judgment-free space to examine how your actions and attitudes have been protecting you. In sessions, I lead with trust and a commitment to co-creating your path forward.

My experience includes working as an eating disorder recovery coach and peer group facilitator, as well as supporting adolescents and their families within a community-based organization. I’m interested in providing therapy around body image, eating disorders/disordered eating, and challenging the expectation that we should be as hungry, obedient, and small as possible.

You can often find me knitting, crocheting, reading, and enjoying all kinds of art with friends and family. I have a background in theater, another favorite activity, and I love working with artists and performers.
